FIND YOUR DIRECTION.
CREATE WHAT’S NEXT.
Life, careers, and businesses rarely follow a straight and easy path. Whether you are facing change, pursing an opportunity, or simply wondering what comes next, finding your way begins with Clarity, Courage, and a willingness to take the next step. One step. On purpose.
WAYPOINTS
Purpose
Helping people find the courage, clarity, and confidence to navigate change, make meaningful choices, and create what’s next.
Mission
Through speaking, coaching, and practical business consulting, Waypoints helps individuals, teams, and organizations find direction, navigate challenges, recognize opportunities, and turn meaningful decisions into purposeful action.
Our Approach
We believe there is no single roadmap for success.
Every person, career, and business has different challenges, opportunities, and definitions of success.
Our work begins by understanding where you are, exploring where you want to go, and identifying the decisions and actions that will help you move forward.
We combine real-world experience, thoughtful questions, practical strategies, and honest conversations to help turn uncertainty into clarity and ideas into results.
Philosophy
Life will ask us to step up, let go, begin again, change direction, and sometimes simply stand still.
We don’t always get to choose what happens next, but we can learn to navigate it with greater courage, clarity, and intention.
One step. On purpose.

let’s MEET Stephanie
Real experience. Honest conversations. Meaningful progress.
Hi, I’m Stephanie.
I’ve spent more than three decades leading people, building businesses, solving problems, and navigating change. Along the way, I’ve learned that the most important decisions don’t always come with clear answers or a perfect plan.
I’ve experienced opportunities that required courage before confidence, challenges that demanded a different approach, and seasons of life that made me reconsider what success really means.
What I’ve learned is that growth doesn’t always mean moving up. Sometimes it means changing direction, letting go of what no longer fits, starting something new, or simply taking time to figure out what matters most.
That’s part of why I created Waypoints.
I believe we all reach moments when we need to stop, look around, ask better questions, and decide what comes next.
Today, I bring together my experience in business, operations, leadership, mentoring, and life to help individuals and organizations navigate those moments with greater clarity and confidence.
Whether we’re working through a business challenge, exploring a career opportunity, or navigating a personal transition, my approach is practical, honest, and grounded in real experience.
I don’t believe there’s one right path for everyone. But I do believe we can become more intentional about the direction we choose.
One step. On purpose.

Whether you’re navigating a personal crossroads, considering a career change, growing a business, or working to strengthen an organization, finding the right direction isn’t always easy. Sometimes you need a fresh perspective. Sometimes you need practical tools and a plan. And sometimes you simply need someone to ask the right questions and help you see what’s possible. That is where Waypoints comes in. Through speaking, coaching, and consulting, I help people and organizations find clarity, build confidence, make meaningful decisions, and turn ideas into action.

Stepping UP:
Choosing Courage When You’re Not Quite Ready
Courage doesn’t require certainty.
Opportunity rarely arrives when we feel fully prepared. Through personal stories, real-world leadership experiences, and audience reflection, Stephanie challenges the idea that we must feel ready before taking action.
Using her Personal Compass and STEP UP™ framework, audiences explore how to recognize opportunities, move beyond self-doubt, and choose courage even when the path ahead isn’t clear.
Audience takeaway: Recognize your own STEP UP moment and identify one brave step forward.
Permission to Become:
Every Season Opens a Door
You are allowed to change, grow, and become someone new.
Life brings unexpected transitions, changing priorities, loss, opportunity, and moments when the path we once imagined no longer fits.
Through five symbolic doors—Identity, Loss, Courage, Choice, and Becoming—Stephanie invites audiences to reflect on the experiences that shape us, the expectations we carry, and the possibilities that emerge when we give ourselves permission to grow.
Not every new chapter requires a dramatic life change. Sometimes it begins by seeing our lives differently and making one meaningful choice.
Audience takeaway: Discover what matters in this season of life and what you want to carry forward.
Not Done Yet:
Reimagining What’s Next
Your best contributions don’t have to be behind you.
There comes a time when we begin questioning what comes next. Perhaps we’ve reached a career milestone, raised a family, experienced a major transition, or simply realized that the life we’ve built isn’t necessarily the only life we want to live.
Stephanie challenges audiences to look beyond age, titles, expectations, and traditional definitions of success to explore the opportunities still ahead.
Through reflection, real-life experiences, and a fresh perspective on growth, audiences are encouraged to recognize that experience isn’t the end of the story. It can be the foundation for something entirely new.
Audience takeaway: Reimagine what’s possible and identify one intentional step toward your next chapter.
